Senior Account Manager – B2B Reseller Accounts (Western Canada)
Location: Hybrid – Western Canada
Salary Range: $80,000 – $105,000 base + performance-based sales bonus

Key Responsibilities
Reseller Relationship Management
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new reseller partners through targeted lead generation.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with vendor managers, buyers, and business owners.
- Influence end-user sales strategies to support short- and long-term growth targets.
Strategic Account Planning
- Develop, execute, and monitor annual business plans for key accounts.
- Conduct regular business reviews and provide actionable insights to drive sales performance.
- Align initiatives with corporate goals to maximize market share and brand presence.
Cross-Functional Communication & Collaboration
- Coordinate with internal teams across departments to ensure seamless execution.
- Communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, adapting messaging for maximum impact.
- Navigate complex customer situations with professionalism, foresight, and tact.
Market Development & Product Enablement
- Manage and track Market Development Funds (MDF) to maximize ROI.
- Present product benefits, features, and technical specifications to key audiences.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop compelling business proposals.
Your Profile
- University degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of proven success in IT channel account management or B2B sales, with a strong record of meeting or exceeding quotas.
- In-depth understanding of the IT/Print reseller ecosystem.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and market awareness.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to travel up to 25% to support partner relationships.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal).
