Our client is an energetic and growing team of professionals specializing in cutting-edge Audio Visual (AV) system design and integration. Known for their innovative and budget-conscious design approach, they have quickly earned a reputation for excellence—and as demand grows, so does the team!

We’re currently looking for a motivated, technically skilled, and collaborative Sales & Design Representative to join their Calgary-based team.

About the Role

This is a dynamic, client-facing position that blends sales, system design, and project coordination. You’ll play a key role in identifying opportunities, creating AV solutions, and managing client relationships throughout the lifecycle of each project.

Primary Markets Served:

  • Performing arts venues (audio, video, and lighting systems)
  • Houses of worship
  • Hospitality (restaurants, hotels, etc.)
  • Corporate boardrooms and presentation spaces
  • High-end residential

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively seek out and develop new business opportunities
  • Conduct client meetings and site visits to assess needs and build relationships
  • Design customized AV solutions that balance performance, aesthetics, and budget
  • Prepare and present proposals to clients
  • Coordinate with project managers and technicians during implementation
  • Act as an Account Manager post-sale, ensuring client satisfaction and ongoing support
  • Collaborate with the internal team to maintain a positive, team-oriented culture

This position is primarily based in Calgary, with flexibility to work remotely as needed. Regular time in the office is expected to promote team connection and collaboration.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience with AV systems is required (in sales, installation, operations, or design)
  • Previous sales experience is an asset, particularly in technical or B2B environments
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Self-starter with a competitive drive to win projects
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
  • Technical proficiency with AV control systems and DSP is highly beneficial

Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license (may require driver’s abstract)
  • Smartphone (iPhone or Android)
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, etc.)
