Key Responsibilities:

• Support project managers throughout the full project lifecycle—from initiation to completion.
• Maintain accurate documentation for permits and incentive program submissions.
• Facilitate client communications and coordinate project updates.
• Ensure all completion certificates and project documents are secured from clients.
• Collaborate with crew leads to support scheduling and inspection processes.
• Simultaneously support multiple project managers across various residential projects.
• Keep stakeholders and team members informed with clear communication.

Qualifications:

• 2–5 years in an administrative or project coordination role.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and internet browsers.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record.

• Education in renewable energy (e.g., solar energy training programs).
