VP & Executive Opportunities

VP Sales

This role reports directly to the President and is responsible for the overall customer facing business function of the company including relationship management, sales, marketing and communications. 10 years + industry experience in financial services is a must.

  • MBA Degree also mandatory, preferably from a well recognized North American University.
  • Minimum 7+ years in B2B sales.
  • Demonstrated record of building and sustaining strong relationships and partnerships with top-tier clients
  • 3+ years of successful motivation and leadership of a sales team in a B2B environment, including responsibility for hiring, performance management, setting sales targets and establishing remuneration plans for captive as well as independent agents.
  • Strong sales skills and proven experience as a sales leader
  • Competitive compensation will be a mix of base salary, bonus
