Trent Mason – President & Senior Recruiter
Trent Mason is the Founder, President & Senior Recruiter at TM8 Recruitment. University educated with a major in Psychology and a minor in Sociology, he developed a strong understanding of human motivation, communication, interaction, and the human condition. This is supplemented with Business Economics courses, subsequent Marketing training from BCIT, and hundreds of hours of sales training courses. With almost 15 years experience in recruitment, corporate sales and team building, Trent has gained expertise in strategic planning, workplace assessment, human resources, sales team management, CRM, SEO marketing, web design, and consultative sales. Trent has provided solutions for many of the world’s leading companies including IBM Global Services, IBM, Hewlett-Packard, Intel, SAP, Jim Pattison Group, Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines, Ogilvy, and many others. Baird Choquette – Recruitment Consultant
Previous to his role as a Recruitment Consultant, Baird Choquette worked as a Sales Executive within the contract manufacturing industry. This opportunity allowed him to work alongside various Senior level Sales Managers within each organization furthering his understanding of the key attributes possessed by successful sales teams. In addition to his past sales experience, Baird also launched a start-up company within the packaged goods industry. Working in an entrepreneurial role gave him additional insight into the value of sourcing qualified professionals to meet the diverse set of needs of each of his clients. Moreover, David brings vast expertise in recruiting and placement of Executive candidates within Financial Services and other industries and has an extensive network of Senior Executives in the Vancouver market and beyond. Marty O’Rourke – Recruitment Consultant
With over 30 years as a successful senior sales executive and manager serving large territory regions in various industries such as dental, media advertising and consulting, Marty understands what it takes to move a company to new levels. He has won top sales achievements and awards with prominent organizations, such as ROGERS, and CHUM. University education combined with hundreds of hours in sales training programs, and courses at all levels. When he’s not conquering new challenges in the recruitment industry, Marty enjoys high intensity gym workouts, long distance running, slo-pitch baseball, coaching community soccer and baseball, golf, travel, reading, technology, smooth jazz, good food and wine, and family time with his wife and two children. Marty is an avid sports fan and BC Lion season ticket holder. Lorraine St. Cyr – Executive Recruiter
Lorraine St.Cyr has fourteen years of experience in Retainer Based Executive Search. Her industry experience includes C.E.O. and V.P., level mandates requiring pillar industry experience as well as leadership skills managing budgets and skills within the several million to billion dollar range. Her clients have included P.P.P Quebec, in support of Public and Private Partnerships matter, to Senior searches for Via Rail, to filling positions with La Mancha Mining in both Canada and abroad. She has worked with, The Vancouver Better Business Bureau, Maximum Impact, as well as Mid Level to Director level mandates sourcing key positions in Finance in the U.S. market for Grant Thornton.
