TM8 was created to address the needs of companies in the Lower Mainland who are struggling to drive revenues or think they should be reaching higher revenue numbers due to a strong product or service offering. Our professional services help sales VP’s and leaders in companies get access to top-performing sales professionals, help build outperforming teams and ultimately drive sales growth and revenues. We can also directly sell an organization’s products or services using proven sales process and methodologies.

Leadership
Trent B. Mason, TM8 Services’ Director received his Bachelor of Arts in the Social Sciences from the University of Alberta in 1998. With a major in Psychology and a minor in Sociology, he developed a strong understanding of human motivation, interaction, communication, and the human condition. This coupled with Business Economics courses, subsequent Marketing training from BCIT, and a range of sales training courses, Trent has developed a unique perspective on how to help solve issues that businesses face and, moreover, understand and help the people trying to solve them.
Through his corporate experience, Trent has gained expertise in strategic planning, performance management, sales management and team building, operational analysis, consultative sales, and project management. With industry experience encompassing thought leadership, software, training, recruiting, marketing and advertising, he brings a wealth of knowledge in a variety of industries and business functions.
Trent has provided solutions for and consultation with many of the world’s leading companies including IBM Global Services, Hewlett-Packard, Intel, Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines, Cognos, and many others.
